Wow...Well it has been a few days since my last update.... BAD BLOGGER!! :( I will definitely begin to do better since I have decided to begin my Leadership journey with Avon!! I will want my downline to be able to use this blog as an outlet for ideas and such!! So...I say, let's start with an update:

Y Pregnancy: Well most recently our little Liam sent his mommy to the ER!! Yep, Friday afternoon I began having such sharp chest pains at work that asked one of our old bartenders (that happened to be in visiting) to take over. I went home and had Bill take me to the ER. We spent a pretty uncomfortable 8 hours there with them thinking that I had a blood clot in my lung. I had to be poked with needles, have blood drawn and go through several tests before finding out it wasn't anything super serious. Liam apparently is so strong that he kicked me until it bruised my ribcage. Which makes it painful for my lungs to expand when I breathe...hence the sharp pains. sigh...and I still have 12 weeks to go!!

We have finally decided to do his nursery in classic Mario Brothers which is pretty exciting! I can't wait to get it all decorated and ready! :) I have a Dr. appt. tomorrow and will try to update my blog tomorrow evening.

Y Avon: My checking acct is looking a little sparse, but I haven't really been working hard at selling with the baby and all, but I have some good things going on this campaign, so it is looking up.

As for a contact database...I decided to create my own in Microsoft OneNote. It is functional and works for me. I may create something a little better later on down the road, but for now this works for me.

The reason my fundraiser flyers took so long to come in...is because I didn't finalize my order so technically they were never ordered. I tried again and got them pretty quickly. And I just started my first fundraiser! It is a fundraiser for a little 5 year old girl that just had a stroke and have to have half of her skull removed. So sad. :( So we did a benefit on Sunday for her and I am running my fundraiser until this Thursday! Fingers crossed that I can raise her a ton of money! :)

Cassidy called today and told me not to feel like I am alone in this. Cy got a full time job and doesn't really have time for a downline. If she doesn't title in the next 3 campaigns all of her current reps will roll up to Cassidy. So she may be my go to person before long. We'll see. As long as things are working out for Cy...I'm cool either way. Makes no difference who my direct upline is really...there is so much support it all works out. :)

Y Today: Slept most of the day - which is not really good personally or professionally speaking...but...I honestly did need the rest. I have today and tomorrow off from work because I am working all weekend for Frank (which kind of worries me with the bruised ribcage). I am trying really hard to take it easy. Adele came over and brought me some stuffed turtles for Liam (super cute). And now I am working on Avon stuff and trying to get and keep things organized.

So that is about it for me today. I'm going to try to do this daily and then maybe they won't be so long....lol...who are we kidding?? I'm a talker. (typer) ;)

Pregnancy - My little Liam has really taking a liking to my bladder!! I bet he's one of those kiddos that love to play in the 'Jumping Johnnies'. We'll see... Today he has moved pretty average. I still feel pretty fat... sigh. :(

Avon - Made a deposit into my bank account from the last few campaigns. I'm going to try and get it reconciled tonight. Working on a good contact database to keep up with all my (AWESOME) customers! :) Still haven't gotten my fundraiser flyers in... :( If it is going to take this long to get them in, I think I will probably go ahead and order several of them so I'll have them on hand and I won't have to wait to order them! I just wish they would get here already so I could really start marketing!

Today - So I found out today that my friend Jeff passed away last night. :( Very sad, but he has had a lot of health issues and is in a better place now. I don't really have details but they said he died in his sleep so I am hoping it was a peaceful passng.

Ally and I had a little girls afternoon out. We went to lunch and then got our toes did!! ;) We had lunch at El Fenix for the first time. Ally said it was her new favorite place for a few reasons: 1) they use sky lights to light up the place which saves electricity (and that's just cool) 2) they have great food 3) it's fancy and 4) their purple cabbage is shaped like little baby kittens...

Then we went to have our nails done and Ally's turned out really cute!

Then we came home. About to head to work for the night...blah. lol. Hopefully soon enough when I say "work" I will only mean Avon!!! Counting the days until I am an Avon Billion-heiris!! I'm sure that is spelled horribly wrong...

Crafting - no new projects lately. But with the baby coming soon...I'll definitely get my chance! :)

Jewelry - alas...no time for this either lately. :(

Today's Update: Today was such a busy day! I picked up my mom and we went downtown to the courthouse. I had to take care of a ticket I got (what a joke!) The whole system seems impossibly retarded!! I can't imagine how the city gets anything done when they seem so unorganized!! But I have a court date coming (that will be conveniently mailed within 2 to 3 months!) and will then hopefully get the ridiculous ticket taken care of. The clerk said it would it would be easiest to pay for it. I told her I wasn't going to do that since I WASN'T GUILTY!! Geez... the nerve. Easier for who exactly??

So then we had chili/cheese dogs and fresh squeezed lemonade from a hotdog vendor outside the courthouse for lunch! I didn't realize they had hotdog vendor's in Fort Worth!! I thought that was a New York or Chicago type thing!! I was super excited! And they were so yummy! :) $17 for 2 Large Chili/Cheese dogs, 2 bags of chips and 2 fresh squeezed lemonade with double lemon...but still - YUMMY! And the vendor was super nice. He apparently grew up in the same neighborhood as my parents. It was kind of fun to here of them reminicising about the childhood parks they use to play in.

Off to a few more errands... with a quick stop at Chick-fil-A for the best lemonade ever!! Dropped a large lemonade off for my best friend Stacy at her job, talked a little about the upcoming baby shower, dropped my mom off at home, picked up dinner for the kiddos and my love and finally.....whew....some me time.

So a little Avon work, checking my emails, blogging a bit and eventually I will settle down for a tiny little nap before work tonight...

So the countdown begins...for many things!

We are having a baby!! The baby is due November 3rd, although I wouldn't be surprised if I go a little early since this is my 3rd baby. Then again, it has been 10 years since I've had a baby, so my body is in for a surprise I am sure! I plan to update the blog with the pregnancy and eventually new baby stories as often as I can.

Now that my family has begun a new chapter, it is time for many changes. First of all, working lots of weird hours - including days and late, late nights - are going to have to come to an end. So I'm unpacking the typewriter so to speak and going back into business as a Virtual Office Assistant. Eventually, I would like to replace the income I am making now and have the luxuries of working from home. I know this isn't realistic for most people, but I think with a lot of hard work, determination and motivation I can do anything!! :)

In addition to all of this (and going to school too!) I plan to pick up my crafting again. I miss it so much and it brought in lots of $$$ when I was really serious about it. So...

Pregnancy - all the fun stories of our pregnancy and the newness of bringing our baby home...finally. Crafting - Getting back into scrapbooking, papercrafting, etc. So excited!!
Jewelry - Finishing some of my designs and posting pictures as I can. Hopefully I'll be as inventive with jewelry as I am paper and glue! (fingers crossed) :)
